VALUE BASED LENDING

We believe that getting a mortgage is more than just a rate sheet and a loan application. You are a unique family with your very own set of dreams and goals. Our focus is on providing a mortgage experience that is so packed full of value that doesn’t end once you’re at the closing table. 

Step One

DISCOVERY STAGE

The Discovery Consultation will be our starting point. During this initial consultation, we help you answer the following:

 

  • Do you have enough liquid savings to cover down payment, closing costs and any unexpected life events?
  • Are you actively contributing/maximizing a retirement plan?
  • Do you have a debt management plan?
  • At what age do you want to be 100% mortgage free?
  • What are you financial goals?

Step TWO

STRATEGY Phase

After we take a look at your financial goals, we will provide you a Total Cost Analysis (TCA) – a virtual breakdown of your options.

This  TCA will help you easily digest your personal mortgage options, allowing you to make informed decisions for your family.  

Step THREE

EXECUTION STAGE

Pre-Approval

You will start the process with our pre-approval meeting. We will go over your goals, dreams, finances and build you a mortgage plan.

Home Search

After our meeting, you will have the information you need to start shopping for your home with your Realtor®. You are now one step closer to owning your home.

Processing

Now that you have an accepted offer, it’s time to start the process. We will be working on getting your file ready for underwriting. We will be in contact frequently during this time.

Loan Approval

We now have loan approval. We may still ask for a few conditions but this means we are getting close to the end. We will schedule your signing appointment to finalize the transaction.

Keys In Hand

Congratulations, you are now a homeowner. You have signed your closing documents and the home is officially yours. While we may be done for now, expect to hear from us regularly including your yearly mortgage review.

STEP FOUR

WEALTH MAXIMIZATION

This part of the process will continue for the rest of your life. Our job is not to make decisions for you, but instead, empower you with information that allows you to take action when it’s right for you.

Monthly Real Estate Digest

Once your loan closes you will start receiving a monthly real estate digest. This digest is a monthly report that gives you valuable insight on your home’s net worth.

Yearly Mortgage Review

You will also hear from us yearly as we conduct a 15 minute mortgage review. This brief meeting allows us to check in on your mortgage and compare it to your initial mortgage plan. We can see whether you are on track or if there are potential opportunities for your specific financial situation.
